The hotel's location was perfect, tucked away in a peaceful square. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious family room with comfortable beds. Convenient directions for getting into Venice. Good value for money.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I loved the spacious and quiet room with incredibly comfortable beds. It was even better than the beds at a 5* hotel in Berlin where I stayed last year. The rich breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of delicious options that made it hard to leave the table. The hotel's location in the middle of a piazza in the historic center provided easy access to a wide variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Additionally, the tram stop right behind the hotel made it convenient to directly reach Venice or the train station.

Great location, just a short walk to the train station and easy access to Venice. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the breakfast provided was delicious with a good variety of options.

The rooms were a bit outdated and in need of renovation. the beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning was not very effective.

The wifi signal can be intermittent at times.

The staff is friendly and informative, providing helpful information and even selling bus and water bus tickets.

One negative aspect is that driving to the hotel can be inconvenient due to the presence of malls in the area. The hotel's car park is a 10-minute walk away, and there could be difficulties with the car park operator when exiting.

Had a delightful stay in a great location during Christmas. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for dining and providing bus tickets to the city. the room was clean and comfortable, with a large ensuite bathroom. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options. the hotel's central location was a major plus, with easy access to cafes, shops, and a nearby indoor mall. It was also convenient being just a short bus ride away from the city center.

One cautionary note about the bus ride from the airport. We had some trouble with the bus driver missing our stop, which resulted in a longer walk to the hotel with our luggage.
